About Thich Nhat Hanh

Thich Nhat Hanh is a renowned Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monk, peace activist, poet, teacher and author who has made significant contributions to the promotion of mindfulness and global peace. Widely known as the Father of Mindfulness, Thich Nhat Hanh books cover a wide range of topics, including meditation, mindfulness, peace, and social justice.
